The first Symposium on Solar Thermal and Innovative Warming Systems took place in the spring of 2021 in Banz Monastery in Germany from 27-29 April and gave access to more than 60 lectures and industrial workshops.
During the three day event, all participants had the opportunity to discuss the current legal and political framework, technical developments and concrete solutions from practice. They also debated the diverse challenges of solar thermal energy in greater depth together with experts.
The Solar Thermal Symposium brought together science, utilities and practitioners for 30 years in order to give solar thermal energy the focus it deserves as an ecologically and economically sensible application in the building sector. Without solar thermal there is no turnaround in heating.
